At 22 years old I was Head Chef in
a short order kitchen operation in a
65 seat restaurant, tables would be
turned over two or three times per
session, volume was high and
profitable, as was the octane of the
lifestyle in Cala D'Or,Mallorca.
At 25 years old I had served a varied
apprenticeship in a Father to Son
fashion. I had become skilled in
plaster and render applicating, and
many specialist coating solutions for
terrestrial and marine application.
I was self employed and trading as
'Green Fincas Verd' in Mallorca.

Maintenence operation, that was
able to take on larger scale
Landscape Creation projects
specialising in Mediterranean
Landscapes operating over the whole
of Mallorca and later Sydney,NSW.
